• Collaborate with healthcare clients to implement HL7 ADT and order integrations tailored to their EHR systems and unique workflows ensuring timely and accurate patient diet restrictions, allergies, and care locations for improved patient safety and care.

• Work with clients and food supply partners to implement EDI-based interfaces, delivering real-time data on vendor inventory, pricing, and item details, while enabling seamless order placement and invoicing.

• Lead vendor partners through end-to-end RESTful API integrations, including provisioning test environments, implementing JWT-based authentication, developing and maintaining API documentation and test scenarios, and supporting initial customer go-live implementations.

• Identify client needs and interface issues, collaborating with product and development teams to design and implement enhancements for business and clinical integrations aligned with evolving requirements.

• Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and deployment of interfaces within the Cloverleaf interface engine.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop user-friendly reports showcasing organizational, facility, and departmental metrics.

• Maintain and manage servers, including SSRS, SQL, Cloverleaf, and MFT.

• Provide comprehensive support, monitoring, and management of Continuity of Care Document interfaces within the Meditech system.
